StatFest is a one day conference aimed at encouraging undergraduate students from historically underrepresented groups (African American, Hispanic, Native Americans) to consider careers and graduate studies in the statistical sciences. Pomona College is located in Claremont, CA, 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.
StatFest will take place in Millikan Laboratory at 610 N. College Ave., Claremont, CA 91711.
Street parking is available on College Avenue as well as the cross streets: 6th Ave. and 7th Ave.
StatFest will take place 0.4 miles from the Claremont Metrolink Station (on the Metrolink San Bernardino Line). From LA Union Station, the trip is approximately 1 hour. After exiting at the train station, walk up College Ave. for 5 blocks to arrive at 610 N. College Ave.
